Iconic Media is the Number 1 Hub for Marriage Success and Empowerment
Good Wednesday, Icons,
We are back for another Iconic newsletter.
We pray that you are reaching your goals in life, love, marriage and family.
We are still celebrating strong dad June and we know Iconic’s main vision is about building social empires.
We must understand the power of the father/dad relationship and how it affects her own role in her social empire going forward.
I have already talked about my own relationship with my father, below we will dive into more of a general idea for what strong dads give their daughters.
Remember, Iconic is a community. Let’s us know what you think.
Strong Dad June: 4 Impactful Aspects of the Father/Daughter Relationship
Strong dads lead their children into greatness. But also, the relationships women have with their fathers’ trickles into the men she chooses to build their continued legacy with.
Strong Dads protect their daughters from the world by many means and we celebrate all the ones who do the work.
Below are 4 specific examples of how fathers heavily build their daughters in
Impact #1: Build Confidence
When you have a dad that believes in you, it makes you feel you can do anything as girl. You don’t think your gender is in the way. Not to say you are better or lesser than men but that you can do things as you are and your own uniqueness.
This confidence makes you stand talk as a woman. You don’t tolerate mess, but you are gentle to nurture peace, love and harmony.
You can be the best version of a virtuous woman because this man loved you so much to be every present.
I can still call and talk to my own father now even while I am married and raising my own children.
The wisdom he passes down to his daughters gives them hope for the future that seems so dismal.
Impact #2: Helps them Choose Good Men
When I reflect on my choices of men over the years, I can tell that a lot of them would not either meet my father’s standards or I was not living up to my best version of me.
What makes my marriage work now is that my husband can even call my dad.
A lot of people put their best foot forward when they date and then things happen. And as you do an analysis of the problems, you see patterns.
This isn’t to say that women with no dad or bad fathers won’t find good men to marry.
Or that women who have good fathers won’t go through hell, I did.
This is just more of a predictor that a female can have a better shot at a successful marriage if her dad is a good one.
So, men, raising your daughters does impact her future long after she is out your home.
What impact does he have on the kind of men you choose to date, the quality of those relationships, your sexual decisions, and whether your marriage might end in divorce?
The good news is that daughters who grow up with supportive, loving, communicative relationships with their dad seem to reap benefits in their romantic lives. How Your Dad Affects Your Relationships with Men | Psychology Today
Daughters today struggle with so many things from beauty standards, body changes and hopes to be mothers and/or their careers.
Dads provide the stability and the insider information about how men think that helps their daughters understand a viewpoint they don’t live.
And that insights help us be better women and smarter at choosing who we give over ourselves to build our next generation family with for the long haul.

Impact #3: Lowers Teen Pregnancy/More Fulfilling Relationships
When we have an awesome relationship with our fathers, we don’t need other men to fill that void.
Of course, at some point, we grow and want families we will have to find a husband to lead our families as we support him and our children.
With a strong dad in our lives, we know what games some men try to run on us, we can avoid unwanted pregnancies, sexual transmitted diseases and more.
Our dad already tells us we are pretty and loved so we have the confidence to tell a man no.
Our fathers believe in us beyond what we can do so we learn to value our self firstly. Self-love translates into picking mates that are on board with treating us as the queens we should be.
As teenagers, these lucky daughters are less likely to have sex at an early age or to have casual sex with a number of different guys. This, of course, means they are less likely to contract a disease or to get pregnant. As young adults, they have the self-confidence to say “no” to any kind of sexual behavior that makes them feel uncomfortable. And they are less likely to have sex with men they hardly know or to have sex while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Impact #4: Teaches them Their Worth
My father is a minister and I know Proverbs 31 well. But I also know Proverbs 7. Also, he taught me that good training started at home. I watch him praise my mother often, to this day, and that is what I have seen from her hard work over 40 years.
Fathers that are present teach these little girls that they matter enough to be in their lives.
Good fathers, even do their daughters hair, play tea party and even shed a bit of themselves for their hearts are with these babies.
But what I am suggesting is that a father knows his daughter’s capabilities and should expect her to achieve, and should help her to achieve her goals. As she matures, she will set her own expectations–and a father must be supportive. When she fails to meet expectations, celebrate and acknowledge her accomplishments. 5 Things A Father Can Do to Increase His Daughter’s Self-Worth - Educate Empower Kids
My sister and I are both military veterans with husbands and kids. We were not fearful because we knew our parents had our backs.
There is nothing I cannot do without my dad.
In that work, females can accept who they are and be proud of the women they grow up into. They can understand their worth in Christ as lead by their dad, that they were worth dying for on the cross.
A good dad makes their daughters believe they can conquer the world and that a man will find her worthy today.
She just needs to do her part and be a wife when a man is ready, taught
Summary
Having a strong dad in her life, a daughter can flourish as a virtuous woman in life, and for her husband and children.
Women are more than just wives and mothers so with great dads, they can do it all.
We can work or stay at home, we can say no and mean it, we can lead in the military or business world, and we can create a new generation of confident kids.
Fathers instill the protection and peace in their daughters contribute to building strong legacies and communities that are more wholesome and successful.
And the combination of strong dad and powerful daughters is nothing short of Iconic.
