The Power of Self-Worth: A Guide to Embracing Your Inner Strength
So far, we have discussed:
Self-Confidence
Self-Esteem
Self-Care
And now we are moving into self-worth.
According to the American Psychological Association (APA), your self-worth is your evaluation of yourself as a capable and valuable human being deserving of consideration and respect. It is an internal sense of being worthy of love. Self-Worth: Importance and How to Improve It (verywellmind.com)
Simply put, it is how you view your ability to have respect, honor, and consideration for simply existing.
You are worth more than gold, you are a precious diamond. But that shouldn’t come from me.
“Self” is the precursor to all the things we’ve discussed because it’s about you to you.
I, a lover, a parent or someone else can tell you all day about you. Until you believe it yourself, it is all meaningless and can transpire into a bad way if you let it.
Your self-worth exists and it is for you to recognize. It bleeds into everything you do, are and are becoming. You must value it and cherish it if you want a legacy that matters and you to matter to you.
Breaking Fear: A lesson in Self Worth
In 2010, I wanted to die. I had just lost my baby ontop of many other things that had happened to me in my life like sexual assault, combat, depression, failures in college and more.
I did not want to be here. My self-worth was at a zero. I was ready to say goodbye to the world and believed those who loved me would be better off if I was not here.
It was horrible and it was sad. But I was at a relative calm.
You see, I was at peace with it and was ready to leap into heaven to be with Jesus.
A low self-worth will do that to you, and it doesn’t have to end there.
There is a way to choose yourself and win.

Embracing Your Inner Strength
My husband loves me. Yet, when we would do our 2-mile run together, he had to run his race and I had to run mine. Even when he came for me in the Army as I had more time than he had, I still had to hit the ground running.
Self-worth is like that. You have to dig deep and find your own strength and it starts with knowing what your value is.
How can you do that? A “VeryWell Mind” article lays it out and below:
Do things you enjoy and are good at: Getting good at something—and enjoying it—can provide positive reinforcement and feelings of proficiency and capability. Having regular reminders of your talents, strengths, and abilities can help make you more confident in other areas of your life as well. Self-Worth-best motivational speech Tony Robbins
Motivational Speaker Tony Robbins is discussing self-worth in the clip below.
Ladies, I want you to pick up what he is talking about and take the parts that help you get to where you love you in a way that you put demands on yourself, and the relationships around you.
You have to believe that you get what you want out of life by first believing that you are worthy.
Only then, can you be Iconic.
Don’t Give Up.
Sentiment about marriage is down across the country. I say, we can change that.
Marriage is a life hack when done right with the right person.
Something can be done about marriage views, winning for families, reshaping, rebuilding and restoring our institution today, when you give.
Support our Iconic work and our most recent campaign for our next book the Iconic Formula for Marriage Success and/or our 1st campaign event to give away copies of our book “Don’t Give Up” to locals in Atlanta GA.
Why this way specifically? Because it allows us online and offline access to where our help can be used the most.
Note:
Many of our cities get left out of the help in the social and political space.
Many have given up on the people in urban America.
Progressivism’s destruction has left American citizens with death, poverty and destruction to clean up for a feckless government that does this by overregulation, taxation and fees.
How specifically? We are partnering with the Conscious Conservative Movement who is informing parents about homeschooling, something we also did in our online series, and we are ready to do work at the local level where politics matters by giving out 3,000+ copies of this exact 6th book to the communities for free with your donations.
